You can help us elaborate and validate the underlying Conflict Model of this blog, by taking the survey instrument at:

As the research continues we will establish statistical norms and be able to feed back to you your relative strengths and weaknesses in conflict handling if you wish. But right now our priority is to build and test the Conflict Model psycho-metrically and that means lots of people taking the survey instrument to make sure our findings have statistical significance.
