Remembering Others Less Fortunate This Christmas

The New York Times has a hopeful piece on the growing use of alternative fuels like solar power in the poorest regions of Africa at:

It also has this map of the percentage of people in each country without electricity: Note that 98% of Rwanda has no access to electricity. This is an approximate index of poverty.
