Brene Brown on Personal Boundaries, Compassion and Empathy

In conflict, it is essential as in every day life, in my view to set clear boundaries as to what is acceptable behavior on the part of other people and the consequences of not respecting your boundaries. Brene Brown in this video makes a case I find compelling that boundaries are essential for sustainable empathy and compassionate. Without clear boundaries being “nice” is unsustainable.
